Fractional Marketing for a Custom Home Builder and Renovation Contractor
Twin Lions, a custom home builder and renovation contractor based in North Vancouver, was looking for assistance with their marketing program. Without a dedicated marketing team, marketing tasks were being carried out by the owners and sales team. Having recently completed a Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP) grant with another digital advisor, they were looking to implement some of the recommendations from the plan. They were also seeking to develop a wider strategy for brand awareness and lead generation going forward.
Acting as Twin Lions’ fractional marketing team, we integrated into their day-to-day operations, working with the owners as well as the sales and HR teams. We built a comprehensive marketing roadmap that prioritized recommendations from the CDAP plan but also encompassed foundational strategic marketing initiatives, including sales enablement, social media strategy, events, content marketing, advertising, an SEO audit, and website optimization. Once we developed the roadmap, we moved into implementation, leading day-to-day content management and execution, owning the social media calendar, and updating the website and blog regularly.
Website optimizations, in tandem with a multi-channel marketing strategy, have driven strong online visibility and performance for Twin Lions. One example: in just six months, Twin Lions’ website traffic grew by approximately 410%. We continue to develop and grow new and existing content channels as well as providing their team with strategic and tactical marketing support.
